What Should I Ask Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn?
Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn Joins Us Next Week
I’m thrilled to share some exciting news with you. Next week on Code Red, we will welcome Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn (Ret.) as our featured guest.

General Flynn is a decorated three-star general who served as the 18th Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and later as National Security Advisor to the President of the United States. With decades of leadership in intelligence, counterterrorism, and military strategy, he has been at the center of some of the most significant national security decisions of our time.
Why is he a great fit for Code Red? Because our mission is to engage conversations at the intersection of courage, controversy, and conviction. Few leaders embody that intersection more clearly than General Flynn. Whether you agree with him or not, he represents bold leadership in turbulent times—and that’s exactly the kind of conversation Code Red is designed to host.
Many of you may also be familiar with the recent documentary on General Flynn’s life and career. The film traces his rise from a working-class New England background to becoming one of America’s most respected military intelligence officers, and then explores the high-profile political battles that placed him at the center of national controversy. It’s an unflinching look at both the cost of leadership and the resilience required to stand firm when the spotlight turns harsh. Whether viewers see him as a patriot, a cautionary tale, or both, the documentary underscores why his story continues to spark debate—and why his perspective is so relevant to the conversations we’re having on Code Red.
Leadership Luncheon: Sold Out
Our very first Leadership Luncheon—also featuring General Flynn—has officially sold out. I’m incredibly grateful for the overwhelming response. This tells me there is a strong hunger for leaders of conviction and courage, and for the kinds of conversations we’re determined to spark.

Your Questions for General Flynn
I’d love for Code Red to reflect not just the questions I bring to the table, but yours as well. What would you like me to ask General Flynn? Do you want to hear his perspective on leadership, faith, national security, or the future of America?
? Reply to this post with your question, and I’ll do my best to include it in our conversation.
This is going to be a powerful episode—one you won’t want to miss. Check out past episodes of Code Red!
